Jônt is thrilled to welcome Chef John Shields and the team from Three-MICHELIN-starred Smyth in Chicago for an extraordinary one-night collaboration, joined by none other than Olivier Krug himself! In celebration of Krug’s latest Single Ingredient – the carrot – this multi-course tasting menu will explore the versatility of this humble ingredient, reimagined by two of the country’s most visionary kitchens. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with Krug Grand Cuvée 172ème Édition, Krug Grand Cuvée 171ème Édition, Krug Grand Cuvée 168 ème Édition en Magnum, Krug Grand Cuvée 162 ème Édition en Jeroboam, and Krug Rosé 24 ème Édition. 

Rooted in Krug’s founding philosophy of individuality—treating each vineyard plot as a single ingredient—this unforgettable carrot experience is a tribute to craftsmanship, creativity, and the timeless artistry of Krug Champagne.
